Research Interests

My research interests lie in modelling decisions of individuals, identify factors leading to irrational behaviours and develop interventions for eliciting better outcomes. My masters thesis was focussed on developing and solving an optimal control model to incentivize people to delay gratification of immediate, small rewards.

Currently, I am investigating the control of arm reaching vigor and the factors affecting it using models from foraging theory and ecology. The goal of the project is to identify how prior and future outcomes influence current motor control strategies in humans.
